We are known as "The Church on the Hill" in the centre of Layton opposite Tesco Express. Parking is limited around the church but there is on-street parking on the main road and surrounding roads. You are welcome at any of our meetings or to visit the church. Our opening times are:
At 9.15am on Sundays ... If you prefer something in the morning with a traditional feel, try our Holy Communion Service, with a mixture of traditional hymns, modern worship songs and biblical readings. Holy Communion can be taken by baptised Christians. A Blessing is offered to those who are not baptised and for those who are preparing for their Baptism Service. Please contact the Vicar on 01253 392895 if you would like to enquire about a Baptism for yourself or your child(ren).
At 11am on Sundays... If you're looking to bring the whole family then the lFamily Parade Service service might just be for you. Children are encouraged to be involved throughout the service, with actions at the front, flags and instruments. Baptisms take place at this service on Communion on the 3rd Sunday of the month. Please contact the Vicar on 01253 392895 if you would like to enquire about a Baptism for yourself or your child(ren).
At 10.30am on Wednesdays...Mid-Week Service at 10.30am. All welcome. (Followed by lunch served at our friendly Cafe, hot and cold foods all home made and on offer at very reasonable rates. Come and dine at "The Cafe on The Hill" every Wednesday ay 12.00-14.00. please note there is no service on the second Wednesday of each month).
